Episodes 6 - 10: Ambushed, Warned, Abducted, Besieged, & Deceived
Magic is power, but also a nemesis.

Kara’s magic grows, and so does the number of her enemies. With this power, she has a better chance to protect her friends and allies. Except, her magic has captured the dark elves’ attention, and when they attack Asgard, they make the fight personal endangering her friends’ lives.

Desperate for help and answers, Kara discovers the elusive Loki proves harder to track down than expected. He has promised aid but fails to intervene. 

Enemies turn allies, and allies become enemies. Kara must decipher who is on her side before it’s too late. No one is safe, not even the dragons.
Ambushed
Kara feared this day would come, the day that the impossible would be demanded of her. Fighting a dragon is a feat that goes against every grain of her body. Mistress Sigrun and the winged Valkyries corner her and her friends, Hildr and Eir, leaving them no choice but to fight.
A strange scent tickles her magic, drawing its attention. Yet because her magic is new, she is unable to pinpoint its source until it is too late. A war erupts on Asgard, and only the combined efforts of winged and wingless Valkyries will ensure their safety, a triumph that has been impossible in the past. 
Warned
Desperate to speak with Loki, Kara finds the elusive god harder to track down than expected. She has spotted him from afar and in one of his shape-shifting forms. Still, she is unable to secure him to establish what his intentions are with the dragons and her friends, which leaves her in an awkward situation.
A dangerous being from the past delivers a message that leaves Kara and her friends battered. It carries a requirement that goes against every bone in her body. If she doesn’t adhere to the warning, then she is promised a painful death after watching the torturous demise of her friends.
Abducted
Kidnapped by a giant, and unable to use her magic, Kara finds herself at his mercy. She is dragged to the land of the giants and trapped within a mountain. Only the unconscious palace guards know what happened to her. While trapped, she receives a visit from Loki, who answers some of her questions, yet certain suspicions remain unquenched. Two soul-reaping armies make a trade, putting Kara in a predicament she wouldn’t have thought possible. 
Information Kara discovers about Loki and the zmey places Kara in an awkward position with her dragon friend Elan and the rest of the dragons. She faces the torturous decision of keeping a secret from them or telling them the truth and planting a seed of distrust that could trigger retaliation.
Besieged
The secret is out, severing trust that might never mend. Before the meaning of the deception is deciphered, Asgard comes under attack. Who will protect it? Will the new army come to the realm’s aid or rally against it? 
Kara must decipher who is on her side before it’s too late. No one is safe, not even the dragons.
